- Cancellation by Customer:
- Customers can cancel their order at any time before the product is dispatched.

- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made before dispatch.
- If an invoice has been generated, cancellations are not possible.
- Cancellation by Raj Coolers:
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- There are issues with the customer’s payment.
- The shipping address is incomplete or unverifiable.
3.Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
4.Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within [ 7-10 business days] after the cancellation request is confirmed by our team.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5.Return Policy:
- Returning the product will not be accepted when the customer has no valid reason for returning the product. Valid reasons include body damage of the product, receiving a different model, water leakage, or other similar issues. If the customer wishes to return for no given valid reason, the customer must bear the shipping charges.

- Dispatch & Delivery:
- The product will be dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours.
- The product will be delivered within 6 to 8 days after dispatch.
- Delivery time will depend upon the customer’s geographical location.
7.Damaged items getting delivered
- If your package appears damaged, and upon opening it if you find the product damaged, call us at +91 91 5768 5768 (9 AM -6 PM) / email us at esupport@rajcooling.com within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Kindly follow the steps below so that we can process your returns as quickly as possible.
- Make a note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the e-way bill, and a copy of the e-way bill, which you retain.
- Also, appropriate remarks should be made on the delivery sheet (if applicable) of the courier personnel making the delivery.
- Please notify RAJ COOLING SYSTEM PVT.LTD. directly within 2 days of receipt of the product if there is damage along with the details of the damage.
- Also send us images/videos of that portion of product with close-ups of that damaged product.
When you call us/to email us, we will discuss a replacement, refund, or credit. In case you desire a replacement, please ship the product back in the original packing materials and container. As soon as we receive your returned product/item, a replacement will be shipped to you at no charge. The cost of returning damaged items will have to be borne by you initially. Upon receiving the damaged items and confirming that they have been damaged in transit, we will refund the cost of your shipping the items back to us.
Unfortunately, replacements are not available for one-of-a-kind works immediately. In such a case we would inform you about the feasibility of making another copy of the same object and the time that would be required.
8.Delivery of wrong items – not according to your order

Our website provides detailed descriptions and images of each air cooler, including specifications, features, and dimensions. Maintenance tips and safety precautions are included with each product. Air coolers are intended for personal use only and should not be resold without permission.
- Payment Security:

- In special cases where the customer receives any damaged spare parts, such as a wheel, knob, or similar parts, only in those cases the damaged part will be replaced by us.
- Force Majure: In any circumstances which is beyond control, like war, covid, flood, strike or similar circumstances, our operation may get effected with it, in such situation we may anticipate delay or operational glitches, for such conditions company expect the cooperation from you.
